In order to avoid damage to the press mold caused by double or multiple materials, the sheet material needs to be tested for double or multiple materials before entering the press. The dual material inspection is generally installed on the loading robot arm and on the visual alignment table.
The detecting sensor forms different current or voltage signals by electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic eddy current micro-change, and the signal processing is converted into a digital signal by the controller, thereby detecting the thickness of the material, and finally calculating the sheet by comparing the preset thickness with the controller. As a result, the thickness of the sheet is displayed on the display.
